Made in the 1920s, this luxorious platinum pendant is set with a large and lustrous acorn shaped pearl and 44 sparkling diamonds. From the bale a bezel set diamond is suspended, under which the pearl in its flower shaped settings hangs. Below the pearl you find a second diamond, followed by a diamond set flower shaped element which is holding the diamond tassle. The whole design is highlighted with fine millegrain details.
The cultured pearl measures 16 x 14 mm and has a wonderful creamy white nacre. Total carat weight for the 8/8 cut diamonds is approximately 1.60, there are 12 set in each of the atriculated strands of the tassle, 6 on the flower shaped tassle holder and two larger diamonds suspended over and under the pearl. The diamonds are set in bezel settings with open backs and they are all bright, sparkly and well matched.
In excellent condition, with minimal surface wear. Full lenght of the pendant is 7,7 cm. Hallmarked for 950 platinum.
